摘要
基于稀磷酸介质,溴离子抑制溴酸钾氧化中性红,建立了测定痕量溴离子的新催化光度法。方法的表观摩尔吸光系数为1.0×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),灵敏度为7.9×10^(-11)g/ml(△/0.001,b=1cm),用于测定镁条的硫酸铵中溴。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Br^- has been developed. The method is based on the inhibitory effect of Br^- on the oxidation of neutral red by potassium bromate in a solution of diluted H_3PO_4. The sensitivity of the method is 7.9×10^(-11)g/ml(△A=0.001, b=1cm), the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.0×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The method has been used to determine trace Br^- in(NH_4)_2SO_4 and magnesium metal.
