摘要
基于稀硫酸介质，痕量溴对溴酸钾氧化孔雀绿反应的强抑制作用，建立了动力学光度法测定痕量溴离子的新方法。方法的表观摩尔吸光系数为４．０×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，灵敏度为１．９８×１０－１０ｇ／ｍｌ，用于玻璃、镁条和硫酸铵中溴的测定。
A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace B has been developed.The method is oxidation of malachite green by potassium bromate in a solution of diluted H 2SO 4.The sensitivity of the method is 1.98×10 -10 g/ml,the apparent molar absorptivity is 4.0×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 。The method has been used to determine trace B in glass,(NH 4) 2SO 4 and magnesium metal with satisfactory results.
