摘要
在抗坏血酸存在时 ,基于在稀硫酸介质中钒 ( )催化加速溴酸钾氧化中性红的反应 ,建立了测定超痕量钒的新方法 ,方法测定范围是 0~ 0 .60 ng/ m L,检出限为 7.0× 1 0 -12 g/ m L,已用于人体血清和河水中超痕量钒的测定。
A new spectrophotometric method for determination of ultratrace vanadium was developed. The method was based on an reaction of neutral red with potassium bromate catalyzed by vanadium(Ⅴ) in a dilute H 2SO 4. The linear range of determination for vanadium(Ⅴ) is 0~0.60 ng/mL with detection limit of 7.0×10 -12 g/mL. The method was applied to determination of trace vanadium(Ⅴ) in river water and human serum samples with satisfactory results.
