摘要
用^(60)Coγ-射线辐射交联二乙二醇丁二酸聚酯(DEGs)毛细管柱,考察了该固定相辐射交联的交联度,柱效和耐温情况,并实地用于菜子油的成分分析。结果表明,交联度可达50%,柱效3000/m。使用温度达220℃。
The crosslinking of diethylene glycol succinate (DEGS) glass capillary column was made with Gamma-rays radiation successfully.The crosslinking degree of DEGS,column effeeieney and heat-resistance of the column were examined, and used to analyse the components of vegetable oil on the spot. The results indicate that the crosslinking degeree of the column was about 50%, .the column effecieney can reach to 3000/m, and the allowable temperature maximum reached to 220℃.
