摘要
交联毛细管柱具有很好的耐溶剂性和耐热性,因而在气相色谱研究工作中受到极大重视。继非极性硅酮交联柱的研究,聚乙二醇20M(PEG 20M)交联柱的研究国内、外有报道,都是用添加引发剂达到交联。
The paper presents the preparation of PEG 20M glass capillary column by 60CoY ray radiation.Without addition of other aginis In he investigation the influence of radiation dose on crosslinking degree as vell as the column behaviors,has been studied The results indicated that the crosslinking degree of PEG 20M reached 50% under a dose of 50 Mrad and the of columns is about 3000 efficiency theoretical plates per meter
