摘要
紫菜Porphyra yezoensis Ueda营养丰富,可作食用和药用,据报道,紫菜全藻具有抗肿瘤及其他活性。对紫菜多糖的分离、分析和药理研究未见报道。本文从紫菜中分离、提取了紫菜多糖,并进行了鉴定分析。
Polysaccharides isolated from Porphyra yezoensis Ueda(PP) were further purified by DEAE Sephadex A-25.PP contained about 84.81% of sugar (including 16.40% glucuronic acid) and a trace of protein and with no nucleic acid being detected.It showed single spot when identified by means of chromatography and electro phoresis. Its was found to be L-fucose, D-xylose, D-mannose, D-galactose, D-glucose and glucuronic acid.The molecular weight was estimated to be 74000. The acute LD_(50) of PP by intraperitoneal injection in mice was 1430±399.80 mg/kg.
