摘要
目的 验证双青黄芩口服液的抑菌作用 ,探索该药的抑菌谱。方法 采用稀释法进行双青黄芩口服液药敏试验 ,并与抗生素药敏试验相对照。结果 G+球菌对双青黄芩口服液敏感率为 83 .0 5 % ,G-杆菌敏感率为 73 .63 %。结论 双青黄芩口服液对G+球菌和G-杆菌均有较好抑制作用 。
Objective It is to study the antibacterial effect and bacteriostatic spectrum of Shuangqing Huangqin oral liquid (SHOL). Methods Susceptibility test of SHOL was launched with dilute method and it contrasted with that of 28 kinds of antibiotic. Results The susceptibility rate of SHOL on gram-positive bacteria is 83.65% and that on gram-negative bacteria is 73.63%. Conclusion SHOL has better bacteriostasis for gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and is a Chinese herb with broad bacteriostatic spectrum.
