摘要
目的 :观察新型中药双青黄芩口服液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效 ,证实其降温、抗感染作用 ,观察其可能出现的不良反应。方法 :本试验采用随机对照治疗急性上呼吸道感染 90例。治疗组采用双青黄芩口服液口服 ,对照组采用银黄冲剂口服。结果 :双青黄芩口服液组治愈率为 80 0 % ,与银黄冲剂组 5 3 3%相比 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,总有效率双青黄芩口服液组为 10 0 0 % ,与对照组 96 7%相比 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :双青黄芩口服液治疗上感疗效好 。
Objective: To probe the therapeutic effects of a new pure Chinese Herb, Shuangqing Huangqin Oral Liquid, on acute upper respiratory tract infection and its side-effect through clinical trial. Methods: The Shuangqing Huangqin Oral Liquid was used in the treatment group (group Ⅰ,60 cases). Yinhuang Powder was used in the control group(group Ⅱ,30 cases). Our clinical observation volunteers were all inpatients of Luzhou Medical College Hospital who suffered from definiteiy diagnosed acute upper respiratory tract infection. Results:The cure rate of group I is 80%, in contrast with that of 53.34% in group Ⅱ, with significant difference(P<0.01); the effective rate is 100% in group Ⅰ, in contrast with that of 96.67% in group Ⅱ, without significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Shuangqing Huangqin Oral Liquid has good effects in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection, and little side-effect is found.
