脑卒中的基因治疗

摘要 脑卒中后,在其周边带存在一可逆的半暗带部分,在半暗带区注入外源性基因或改变神经元的基因表达,可保护半暗带,阻止脑卒中后缺血性损伤的发生、发展。近年来,随着分子生物学技术的进步,新的基因不断发现。对药物治疗无效及不能外科手术的患者而言,基因治疗脑卒中是一种希望和新的可探索的治疗方法。文章对脑卒中的基因治疗的原理、实验方法、治疗意义进行综述。 There's a reversible penumbral zone around the post stroke region.To inject exogenous genes into the penumbral zone or to change the expression of neurol genes can protect the penumbral zone and prevent the occurrence and development of ischemic injury after stroke.This review highlights recent advances toward the princeple,experimental methods and significance of gene therapy in apoplexy.
