内源性神经干细胞示踪的研究现状 被引量:4

摘要 内源性神经干细胞在中枢神经系统疾病的治疗中具有广阔的前景。目前免疫组织化学技术对内源性神经干细胞进行示踪主要是依靠检测细胞增殖标记物、外源性基因及免疫标志物,其具有有创性和取材的毁损性,不能应用于活体。以MRI、PET及SPET为基础的分子影像学技术逐渐应用于外源性干细胞示踪方面,弥补了常规组织学方法的不足,可以进行活体、无创性示踪,但对内源性神经干细胞的活体示踪尚存在困难。现综述目前常用的内源性神经干细胞的组织学及影像学示踪方法。
