摘要
本文对怀山药离体培养脱分化过程中生理生化变化进行了研究 ,结果表明 :怀山药叶片、茎段离体培养中 ,过氧化物酶 (POD)活性和可溶性蛋白含量在脱分化过程中都呈规律性变化 ,即都是先有一上升趋势 ,达第 1个高峰 ,然后有一下降趋势 ,随后又有第 2个高峰 ,且这个规律与外部形态变化具有相关性 .
This paper studies the variety of physiology and chemic in dedifferentiation stage of Dioscorea opppsita .The results are as follows: During the in vivo culture process of leaves and stems,changes of peroxidase activity and dissoluble protein concentration are interrelated in the process.There are two pinnacles.
