摘要
概述了薯蓣属零余子组织培养、贮藏、栽培、形成机理及形态结构等方面的研究,并讨论存在的问题,进而对其发展进行展望。
Studies on tissue culture, storage methods, cultivation technique, metabolism of formation, structure and development of yam （Dioscore L. ） bulbils were reviewed, and the main fields required further study are presented. We also gave our opinion that with further study on bulbils, human food and medicine will be enriched, furthermore, bulbil-propagation technique will benefit yam industry and wild germplasm resource protection.
