摘要
研究了仙客来叶柄和球茎脱分化过程中核酸的动态变化.结果表明,培养后2d,DNA和RNA含量增加迅速,出现峰值.培养过程中RNA含量波动式上升,变化幅度大于DNA,RNA/DNA增加,DNA代谢相对较稳定;总核酸含量表现为稳中有升的趋势,叶柄和球茎的核酸代谢特征无明显差异.
The continuous change of nucleic acid in the process of dedifferentiation of cyclamen stalk and bulb are studied. The results show that in the third day after cultivation, the contents of DNA and RNA increase rapidly and peak value appears. During the cultivation, RNA's content grows wavily and the ratio of RNA/ DNA rises. The content of RNA changes by a bigger range than that of DNA, that is DNA metabolism remains stable. The total nucleic acid grows slowly. Metabolism character between stalk and bulb in cyclamen haven't obvious difference.
