摘要
研究了铸造高合金不锈钢的热处理工艺对其组织和腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,试验钢的最佳热处理工艺为1150℃水冷的固溶热处理。该工艺可使其组织中析出相总量减少,从而使钢具有较好的耐均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀、电化学腐蚀和较高的抗点蚀性能。
The paper studied the influence of heat treatment process on the structure andcorrosion behavior of cast high-alloying stainless steel.Experimeatal results show that,the bestheat treatment process is water-cooling solution heat treatment on 1150℃ of the test steel,andthen the steel can obtain the low tptal amount of the precipitates and possess good uniform corro-sion resistance,intergranular corrosion,electrochemical corrosion and high resistance to pitting.
