摘要
目的 :探讨超声显像及彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)在诊断膀胱占位性病变中的应用价值。方法 :对60例经膀胱镜、手术、病理证实为膀胱占位性病变的声像图表现及其CDFI进行分析。结果 :超声能显示病变的数目、大小、位置 ;不同性质的占位 ,其CDFI的血管形态学及血流动力学参数具有一定差别。结论
Objective:To study the ultrasonography and Color Doppler Flow Imaging (CDFI) value in bladder tumor.Methods:60 patients with bladder tumor were examined by ultrasound CDFI.Results:The number,size,position can be assessed by ultrasound.Conclusion:It is suggested that the ultrasonography and CDFI have significant clinical value in bladder tumor diagnosis.
