摘要
目的：探讨超声显像及彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)在诊断膀胱癌的应用价值。方法：对 12例经膀胱镜、手术、病理证实为原发性膀胱癌的声像图表现及彩色多普勒血流显像进行分析。结果：超声能显示肿瘤的数目、大小、位置、分期及大致病理性质。 12例膀胱癌中 14个结节内均探及彩色血流，其特点为高阻动脉频谱，其中肿块大者 Vs较高，偶见静脉频谱；肿块小者 Vs较低，未见静脉频谱，但无显著差异。结论：超声及 CDFI对膀胱癌的诊断及鉴别诊断具有一定的临床价值。
Objective:To study the ultrasonography and CDFI value in bladder carcinoma diagnosis.Methods:12 patients with bladder carcinoma were examined by ultrasound CDFI.Results:The number,size,position,staging and it's pathologic characteristics of tumor can be assessed by ultrasound.Color Doppler flow with strong artery frequency was found in fourteen lesions of the 12 patients.The larger nodules characterized with accident vein frequency and faster Vs;while the smaller nodules with no vein frequency and slower Vs.However there is no obvious differences between them.Conclusion:It is suggested that the ultrasonography and CDFI has significant clinical value in bladder carcinoma diagnosis.
