摘要
用ICP AES法测定了常见牌号铝合金中B、Cd、Ce、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、Ti、V、Zn、Zr等主量元素及杂质元素。进行了基体元素与主量元素对分析元素的光谱干扰研究 ,选择了合适的分析线 ,用Y作为内标元素 ,同时测定了分析方法的检出限。该方法准确、快速、简便 。
