摘要
研究了铝合金样品中主量元素对8 种被测元素和被测元素间的干扰情况,并研究了两种体系分解样品的效果,确定了用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定铝合金样品中的铜、锰、钛、锌、硅、铬、铁、镁的方法。
A useful ICP\|AES method for the determination micro Cu,Mn,Ti,Zn,Si,Cr,Fe and Mg in aluminium\|alloy samples has been studied.The interference of aluminium and the mutual interference of the eight elements were studied in details.The effectiveness of sample dissolution with different method was also investigated.
