摘要
将待测试样溶解成溶液,然后将溶液引入等离子光源使待测元素激发产生谱线,仪器根据待测元素谱线强度给出分析结果。标准规定了ICPS-1000IV型单道扫描光谱仪的分析方法。经过反复试验研究证明该方法准确度高,分析周期短。
Dissolving the test specimen and making solution, leading the solution to plasma light source to activate the test element producing spectral line, then the instrument brings out analysis result according to the spectral line strength of the test element. This specification stipulates the analysis method with ICPS-1000IV single-pass scan spectrograph. It is proven by repeated tests and studies that this method has high accuracy and short analysis cycle.
