摘要
目的 研究壳聚糖及其水溶性衍生物的细胞毒性 .方法 在碱性条件下 ,分别用溴代异丁烷和氯乙酸对壳聚糖进行化学修饰 ;采用细胞生长抑制法测定壳聚糖与水溶性的异丁基壳聚糖、羧甲基壳聚糖的细胞毒性 .结果壳聚糖及其水溶性衍生物对细胞的毒性为零级 .结论 壳聚糖及其水溶性衍生物无细胞毒性 .
Objective To study the cytotoxicity of chitosan and it's water soluble derivatives.Methods Chitosan was modified with bromo-isobutan and chloroacetic respectively in the presence of sodium hydroxide.The cytotoxicity of chitosan and it's water soluble derivatives was determined by the inhibition of cell growth.Results The cytotoxicity of chitosan and it's water soluble derivatives are zero.Conclusions Chitosan and it's water soluble derivatives have no cytotoxicity.
