摘要
目的探讨纳米羟基磷灰石单壁碳纳米管复合人工骨材料的细胞毒性研究。方法MTT法检测正常对照组、HA/SWNT组、及阳性对照组(含0.64%苯酚的培养液)的细胞活性。结果复合材料各浓度浸提液与阴性对照组在同一时间比较,结果显示差异无显著性意义(P>0.05%),与阳性对照组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论HA/SWNT复合材料细胞毒性均在Ⅰ级以下,符合国家医用生物材料的细胞毒性要求。
[Objective] To research cytotoxicity of hydroxyapatite single-walled carbon nanotubes. [Methods] MTT was adopted among control group, HA/SWNT group, and positive group(0.64% phenol culture fluid). [Results] There was no statistical significance between the control and HA/SWNT group (P 〉0.05%), but statistical significance was found between positive and HA/SWNT group. [Conclusion] Cytotoxicity of HA/SWNT is under level Ⅰ, which is acceptable of national requirements.
