摘要
本文阐述了制备羧甲基甲壳素的工艺路线及方法，测试了羧甲基甲壳素的一些理化性质。指出了制备过程中ＮａＯＨ与ＣＩＣＨ＿２ＣＯＯＨ的重量比为０．９：１、异丙醇与甲壳素的重量比在１０：１～１４：１为佳。
Abstract The methods and technical lines ofpreparafion of o-(carboxymethyl)chitins weredescribed. The physico- chemical properties ofo-(carboxymethyl)chitins were measured.The results show that the weight ratio ofNa0H to ClCH_2COOH With 0.9:1,tHeweight ratio of isopropyl alcohol to o-(car-boxymethyl)chitins with 10:1 ～ 14:1 areoptimum in the process.
