摘要
采用垂直板状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对鸭绿江流域松江鲈鱼天然种群的8种同工酶(EST,MDH,LDH,ME,α AMY,GDH,ADH,G6PD)的20个基因座位进行分析.结果表明,该野生种群的多态座位比例(P)为10%,平均杂合度(H)为0.030,均低于与其相似生活习性的其他鱼类的平均值,以此讨论了松江鲈鱼的种质资源状况及与生态环境的关系.
The study focuses on analyzing 20loci of 8 isozymes (EST,MDH,LDH,ME,αAMY,GDH,ADH,G6PD)for Roughskin Sculpin, Trachidermus fasciatus, a wild population from the Yalu River basin by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the polymorphic loci (P) is 10% and average heterozygosity (H) is 0.030 of the wild proportion from the Yalu River basin. The two values are lower than the corresponding values of other kinds of fish having a similar living habit,which gives rise to discuss of the relationship of status of germplasm resources and the ecological environment.
