摘要
目的研究利多卡因对耳蜗血流量的影响。方法豚鼠12只随机分为二组,实验组使用利多卡因8mg/kg;对照组使用生理盐水0.4ml/kg,均由颈静脉给药,标记生物微球技术检测豚鼠耳蜗外侧壁血流量。结果 实验组豚鼠耳蜗血流量x±s=3.42±0.91/ml/min侧壁;对照组豚鼠耳蜗血流量x±s=2.5±0.56ml/min侧壁,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论利多卡因可使豚鼠耳蜗供血量较对照组有明显增加。
Objective To investigate the effect of Lidocaine to groups the blood flow in the cochlea of normal guinea pigs. Methods 12 guinea pigs were divided into two groups. The testing group was injected with Lidocaine (8mg/kg) and the controlling group with 0. 9% N. S (0. 4ml/kg) all being injected though collar vein. Then the blood flow in the exterior wall of the cochlea of guinea pigs were determined by the technique of marker biologic-microball. Results The blood flow of cochlea was 3. 42±0. 91ml/min in the testing group, signiticantly higher than that in the controlling group (2. 5±0. 56ml/min) (P<0. 05). Conclusion Lidocaine can signifi-canty increase the blood flow in the cochlea of normal guinea pigs.
