摘要
应用生物微球方法,观察了豚鼠化脓性中耳炎时耳蜗外侧壁各回血流的动态变化。结果发现中耳炎第3天起耳蜗外侧壁底回血流开始减少,并逐渐发展至第二、第三回。中耳炎2到4周时,血流减少最为明显,此后则有逐渐恢复的趋势,表明化脓性中耳炎可引起耳蜗血管纹微循环障碍,从而影响耳蜗的生理功能。
The mechanism that purulent otitis media(POM) damages the function of inner ear is unclear.In present study ,dynamic changes of blood flow at cochlear lateral wall in each turn were measured with biomicrospheres which were made from red blood cells of toad.It was found that blood flow declined significantly on the basal turn of cochlear stria vascularis 3 days after POM.Gradually ,the blood flow on the second and third turn also declined and obviously at 2 to 4 weeks after POM.Henceforth ,the blood flow showed a tendency of gradual recovery.The results indicates that POM can cause disturbance of stria microcirculation and affect the cochlear function.
