摘要
目的探讨利多卡因耳后封闭治疗单纯神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法单纯神经性耳鸣患者64例,随机分为耳后封闭组和对照组。耳后封闭组采用口服药物,同时2%利多卡因耳后封闭的方法;对照组采用口服药物治疗。结果耳后封闭组(32例)总有效28例(87.50%);对照组(32例)总有效18例(56.25%)。两组总有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2%利多卡因耳后封闭治疗单纯神经性耳鸣可以提高疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness in the treatment of pure nerve tinnitus with retroaurcular in- jection of lidocaine. Methods 64 patients were randomly and evenly divided into the treatment group or the control group. In addition to oral medication, the patients in the treatment group were administered with an retroaurcular injec- tion of 2% lidocaine. Results The effective rate was 87.50% （28/32） in the treatment group, but 56.25% （18/32） in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Retroaurcular injection of 2% lidocaine can help alleviate nerve tinnitus.
