摘要
在阐述了知识管理的概念和意义基础上,分析了企业文化对知识管理的影响,如企业文化决定着企业员工对待知识的态度,决定着企业员工的知识与企业知识之间的关系,决定着企业的知识创新。指出企业文化是企业知识管理成败的重要原因之一,特别强调建设有利于知识管理的企业文化已势在必行。
?Based on the concept and meaning of the knowledge management, this paper analyses the effect of corporation culture to knowledge management, for example,corporation culture determines employee's attitude towards knowledge, the relation of knowledge between employee and corporation, and knowledge innovation. The paper also points out that corporation culture is one of the important factors that affect the success of knowledge management. In order to make knowledge management successful the corporation should establish a shaded corporation culture and change the mode of study.
