摘要
知识管理作为一种先进的管理理念正在对图书馆产生重要的影响。本文通过对知识管理的分析,论述了图书馆知识管理应重点强化的内容以及发展方向和策略。
The knowledge management is having the important influence to the library. Through analyzing knowledge management , this paper discusses which side library should strengthen ,as well as the direction library will goes and the development strategy library should uses.
