摘要
企业文化是企业在长期的发展过程中形成并沉淀在企业员工心目中的价值理念,是一种文化哲学,是企业的核心竞争力之所在。针对当前在企业文化建设认识上的几点误区,要以企业文化为引导,鼓励员工自我管理、自主管理,提高企业的知识创新效率和效益。
Enterprise culture is a kind of value idea that is formed in the hearts of the enterprise staff and workers during the long time development of the enterprise. It is a kind of philosophy where the kernal competitive of the enterprise lies. Aiming at some mistaken ideas in the construction of present enterprise culture, we should take the enterprise culture as the guidance, encourage the surf and workers to self and auto - manage and should enhance the knowledge innovation effciency and benefit of the enterprise.
