摘要
目前有关企业管理创新的研究成果还不能为企业提供一套可用于实际操作的方法。TR IZ是已经被实践证明了的应用于技术创新的有效方法,它的基本思想和方法完全可以应用于管理创新方法的研究,尽管技术对象系统与管理对象系统之间存在差别。成功应用TR IZ于管理创新方法中,关键是要结合管理对象系统的特征对TR IZ方法进行创新。本文论述了TR IZ应用于管理创新的可能性,并提出了管理创新方法研究的基本思路和内容。
At present, the relevant achievements of study and research on the method of management innovations cannot provide the enterprises with a set of methods applying to practical operation yet. Proved by practice, TRIZ is an effective method applied in the method of technical innovations. Its basic idea and method can be applied in the study on the method of management innovations, even though there is difference between technical object system and management object system. The key point of applying TRIZ in the method of management innovations successfully is to innovating TRIZ methods according to the characteristics of the management object system. This paper discusses the possibility of applying TRIZ in management innovation and brings forth basic train of thought and contents of this field.
