摘要
以α,β不饱和酮类的ω 酰基莰烯为原料,5%Pd C为催化剂,甲醇为溶剂,于室温下进行常压氢化,合成了5种内型异莰烷基烷基酮,转化率95%以上。各产品经柱层析纯化后进行了IR、1HNMR、13CNMR与MS分析。
Five endoisocamphanylalkyl ketones were synthesized under normal pressure and room temperature by catalytic hydrogenation of an α,βunsaturated ketone,namely ωacylcamphene,in methanol catalysed by 5% PdC,with transformation rate over 95%.The products were analyzed by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and MS after column chromatographic purification.
