摘要
通过ω-甲酰基莰烯与格氏试剂反应,然后水解和氧化,合成了13种ω-酰基莰烯,并进行了MS、IR、~1H NMR分析和评香鉴定。
13 kinds of w-acylcamphene compounds were synthesized through reaction of w-formylcamphene with Grignard reageants followed by hydrolysis and oxidation. The products were identified by MS. IR, 1H NMR and their perfumes were also determined.
