摘要 目的 探讨低能量激光(He-Ne)加速正畸牙齿移动的临床效果。方法 选择20例需要对称拔除上颌第一前磨牙的样本,进行配对实验研究,所有样本均采用固定矫治器,以150g的力拉尖牙向远中移动。一侧为实验侧,行低能量激光局部照射,每日1次,每次10min,对侧为同源对照侧,14天为一个疗程。结果 经过一个疗程的观察,发现实验侧上颌尖牙移动的距离比对照侧增加48.32%。结论低能量激光局部照射移动牙齿的周围组织可以缩短治疗疗程。 Objective To study the effects of low energy in the movement of orthodonitc tooth.Methods This study involved 20 cases of extraction of the bilateral upper premolars; canine distal movement was effect by exertion of 150g of froce on them.Fixed orthodontic appliances were used in these cases.Low energy laser was locally used on one side daily dosage of 10min,and the contralateral nonoperated side served as the internal control side. One course consisted of 14 days. Results Observation was made after one course of treatment. The results showed that the upper canine distal movement on low energy laser irradiated side was increased by 48.32% as compared to the control side. Conclusion The low energy laser which is locally used on the peri-odontal and alveolar tissue of the moved teeth can shorten the course of treatment.
