摘要
选择13例对称拔除第一双尖牙的样本进行配对实验,以150g的力拉尖牙向远中移动。实验侧行局部超声波作用,每日1次,每次10分钟,14天为1疗程。经过1疗程的观察,发现实验侧尖牙移动速度比对照侧提高28.67%,作者推测:由于超声波特有的生物学效应,活化了局部牙周组织细胞,加速牙周组织的改建,从而加快正畸牙齿的移动。
This series of study involved 13 cases of extraction of the hilateral first premolars,canine distal movement was effected by exerti m of 150g of forces on them, Ultrasound was used on one side daily at the dosage of 10 minutes, One course consisted of 14days, observation was made aner one course of treatment and it revealed that the canine distal movement on the ultrasound-treated side was increased by 28. 67% as compared to the control side. The authors suggest that the bioiogical effect of ultrasound inactivates the peridontal tissue,which in turn promotes the reconstruction of these tissues,thus contributing to the movement of orthodontic tooth.
