低能量激光预防下颌近中阻生智齿拔除术后疼痛的研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的研究下颌近中中位智齿拔除术后用低能量激光即刻照射拔牙创口预防术后疼痛的效果。方法对44例下颌近中中位阻生智齿患者,平均分为两组,均按翻瓣劈牙方法拔除。一组拔牙后常规处理,作为空白对照;另一组拔除术后即刻用功率398mw,波长为810nm的半导体激光照射一次,时间为5分钟。观察两组患者术后第一天、第二天以及第七天疼痛。结果下颌近中智齿拔除术后用低能量激光即刻照射后,患者第一天、第二天疼痛有统计学意义(P<0.05),第七天无统计学意义。结论下颌近中智齿拔除术后用低能量激光即刻照射能够减少患者术后第一天、第二天的疼痛。
