摘要
低水平激光(LLLT)是指不会使生物组织产生不可逆损伤、不会引起局部温度明显升高的激光,它对细胞和组织具有一系列的生物调节作用。LLLT照射能够加速软组织和骨组织修复,加快创伤愈合,促进毛发生长及神经再生。低水平激光的生物效应取决于激光的波长、脉冲宽度、功率、时间和能量密度等。尽管LLLT在实验中被广泛研究,但没有建立统一的适应证和治疗参数。本文综述了低水平激光在正畸牙牙槽骨及牙髓组织、正畸牙移动速率、缓解正畸疼痛方面的研究进展。
As a low-energy treatment, low level laser therapy (LLLT) does not cause tissue damage or increase the tissue temperature of the treatment region. Various biostimulatory effects of LLLT that involve wound healing, fibroblast and chondral proliferation, collagen synthesis, and nerve regeneration have been reported. The photo-biostimulatory effects of low-level laser irradiation depend upon many parameters, such as the wavelength, pulse frequency, peak power, pulse width/rest period, irradiance, time, energy, and energy density. And no consensus has been established in regarding the appropriate parameters and experimental design of LLLT. This review was about the research progress of LLLT on alveolar bone and dental pulp, the speed of the orthodontic tooth movement and pain.
