摘要
目的 研究骨骼肌缺血再灌注后一氧化氮(NO)分泌量的动态变化及意义。方法 在制备大鼠单侧后肢骨骼肌缺血再灌注模型的基础上,测量缺血期末、再灌注后1h、2h、4h、8h、12h NO、血浆丙二醛、骨骼肌匀浆髓过氧化物酶变化并观察小腿骨骼肌超微结构变化。结果NO在缺血期末和再灌注早期(1h)显著升高,之后逐渐下降,至12h仍高于正常,应用SOD后血清NO显著下降。结论NO在肢体骨骼肌缺血再灌注过程中起损伤性作用,SOD可减轻该作用。
Objective To evaluate the variation of nitirc oxide(NO) secretion and its role in skeletal muscle after ischemia-reperfusion. Methods The rat models of hind limb ischemia-reperfusion were establised. The concentration of NO in the end of the ischemia and lh,2h,4h,8h, 12h after reperfusion were measured respectively . Results The value of the NO was increased significantly in the end of ischemia and 1h postreperrusion; With the treatment'of the SOD,NO decreased remarkably. Conclusion These results suggest that NO can increase tissue damage in skeletal muscle ischmia-reperfusion and SOD can decrease this effect.
