摘要
对近年来中药在骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤的分子机制及相关因子的研究进展予以综述,指出中药制剂对再灌注损伤相关生物分子有明显调节作用,无排异反应,药源广泛,无明显毒副作用等优点;在防治骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤方面收到了良好的效果,并对骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤引发的细胞凋亡有一定的干预作用。
This article reviewed the research progress on the molecular mechanisms and related factors of treating skeletal muscle ischemia reperfusion injury with traditional chinese medicine in recent years,pointed out that the traditional chinese medicine had advantages of with regulation effect on biological molecules of reperfusion and without rejection,with a wide range of drug source,no significant side effects,etc;this method received good results in the fighting against skeletal muscle ischemia reperfusion injury,and had a certain intervention effect on apoptosis induced by skeletal muscle ischemia reperfusion injury.
