The Synthesis of Benzylidene Acetophenone in Near-critical Water

摘要 以近临界水作为反应介质,在无外加催化剂的条件下,苯甲醛与苯乙酮可顺利反应生成苄叉乙酰苯。在最佳条件下,苄叉乙酰苯的收率可达31.4%。该方法避免了常规合成方法中有机溶剂的使用以及NaOH催化剂的加入,产物后处理简单,是一种绿色合成新过程。 Benzylidene acetophenone was synthesized successfully through the reaction of benzaldehyde with acetophenone in near-critical water, without any added catalyst. The yield of benzylidene acetophenone reached 31.4% under optimal conditions. This method is a green synthetic process with a simple treatment after reaction, no employing of organic solvent and base catalyst, which are needed in the traditional process.
