近临界水中乳糖尿素树脂胶黏剂的合成

摘要 以乳糖代替甲醛与尿素在近临界水中反应,合成了一种类似于脲醛树脂的绿色环保型树脂胶黏剂.以产物粘度为指标,首先对催化剂的种类进行了选择,并在单因素实验的基础上采用响应面分析法对其他实验条件进行了优化.通过对粘度与各影响因子之间的回归方程和响应面图的分析,得到了乳糖-尿素树脂胶黏剂合成的最佳工艺条件:催化剂用量1.71 g,反应时间34.6 min,反应温度200℃和物料比5∶1,此时的理论粘度为308.79 mPa.s. An environmental friendly resin adhesive which is similar to urea-formaldehyde was studied in this paper. The adhesive was prepared using lactose instead of formaldehyde in near-critical water. The viscosity was used as an index to choose the category of catalyst first, and then based on the single factor experiment, the combined effects of the other reactive conditions were investigated and optimized using response surface methodology(RSM). By analyzing response surfaces and regression equation of viscosity and every influencing factor, the optimum conditions of the reaction process were gained: the molar ratio of lactose and urea was 5:1, the reaction temperature was 200℃, the reaction time was 34.6min, and the catalyst amount was 1.71g. Under these conditions, the theoretical viscosity of the product was 308.79 mPa·s.
