摘要
基础数据缺乏是阻碍近临界水绿色化工过程研究与开发进程的因素之一.建立了一套近临界水中溶解度的测定装置,测定的温度可达350℃,压力可达30MPa.装置具有以下特点:采用缓冲罐补压技术,取样过程压力变化小;采用半流动式取样,能保证样品的代表性;采用PID调节,控温精度高(±1℃);釜体采用钛合金(TC4),耐腐蚀.从实测数据与文献数据比较和数据的重现性二方面对装置的可靠性进行了检验.在温度100~300℃、压力10~30MPa内系统地测定了苯-水体系的互溶度.本装置能为近临界水中反应和分离的研究提供重要的热力学数据.
Lack of thermodynamic data is one of the factors hindering the research and development of green chemical processes in near-critical water. An apparatus was constructed for determination of mutual solubilities of water-organics in near-critical water. It can be used at temperature up to 350℃ and pressure up to 30MPa. The apparatus makes the features of small pressure variation, precise temperature control, on-line sampling and resistance to corrosion. The reliability of the apparatus was examined by the comparison of experimental data with literature ones and by the reproducibility of experimental data. The apparatus was used to systematically determine the mutual solubilities of water-benzene system in the temperature range of 100~300℃ and pressure up to 30MPa.
