摘要
建立了用X射线荧光光谱仪测定裂化催化剂中MgO含量的方法。采用粉末压片法分析试样中含量在 1 %以内的MgO含量 ,相对标准偏差小于 5 %。该法是一种样品不需要处理、可直接在仪器上测量的快速、准确。
A method for the determination of MgO centent in cracking catalyst by X-ray fluorescene was established.It was a rapid method without sample decomposition and its relative standard deviation was less than 5%.
