摘要
对X射线荧光光谱法在催化剂分析领域的应用研究进行了归纳和分析,展望了X射线荧光光谱法在催化裂化催化剂新材料领域的应用前景,为我国开展催化裂化催化剂新材料的研究提供参考。
This paper summarized and analyzed the application research of the X-ray fluorescent spectrometry in catalyst analysisand expected the application prospect of the X-ray fluorescent spectrometry in analysis of new materials of FCC catalysts,so toprovide reference for researching new materials of FCC catalysts in China.
