摘要
以模拟的油气田采出水对碳钢进行腐蚀实验,通过改变溶解O2含量、溶解盐浓度、H2S浓度、CO2浓度以及腐蚀反应时间等,考察了各种腐蚀介质对碳钢的腐蚀作用,得出了它们对碳钢腐蚀速率的影响规律。碳钢的腐蚀速率随溶解O2含量、溶解盐浓度以及CO2分压的增大而逐渐上升。当H2S浓度增大时,采出水对碳钢的腐蚀速率先增大,后减小,最后趋于稳定。饱和O2的采出水对碳钢的腐蚀速率随腐蚀时间的增加而逐渐降低。而含H2S采出水对碳钢的腐蚀速率受腐蚀时间的影响不大,随腐蚀时间的增加略有降低。同时,文章还对腐蚀介质的腐蚀机理进行了探讨,并对今后的研究工作提出了建议。
Taking the simulating produced water of the oil-gas field to carry on the corrosive experiment to the carbon steel, inspecting each kind of corrosive medium to the carbon steel corrosion action by changing the content of the dissolved O2, the salinity of dissolved salt, the density of H2S, the density of CO2 as well as the corrosion reaction time and so on, the rules which them affect the corrosion rate of the carbon steel has been obtained. The carbon steel corrosion rate rises gradually along with the dissolved O2, the salinity as well as the differential pressure of CO2 increases. When the density of H2S increases, the corrosion rate of produced water will increase to the carbon steel firstly, latter will reduce, finally will tend to stably. The corrosion rate of produced water with saturated O2 to the carbon steel reduces gradually along with the corrosion time increase. But the corrosion rates of the produced water with H2S to the carbon steel are not influenced. At the same time, the corrosion mechanisms of the different corrosive medium were discussed, and the proposals to the next research work were put forward.
