Determination of the mass fraction of Ni in fluid cracking catalyst by X - ray fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 采用浸渍法制备含镍标准试样,建立了利用X射线荧光法分析催化裂化(FCC)催化剂中含镍元素质量分数的方法,同时采用强度校正模式对该方法所得工作曲线进行基体校正。结果表明,稀土元素的存在影响X射线荧光法测定的准确性。采用基体校正后的X射线荧光法测定标准试样的含镍元素质量分数,其测定值与理论值的相对误差在±3%以内,相对标准偏差低于0.300%,表明该方法具有较高的精密度和准确度。 X -ray fluorescence spectrometry for determining the mass fraction of Ni in fluid cracking catalyst was established with Ni containing standard samples made by impregnating method, and the working curve obtained by the method was corrected with intensity correction model. The results showed that the accuracy of the method was affected by rare earth elements. Using X - ray fluorescence spectrometry with matrix correction, the relative errors of the mass fraction of Ni between the measured and theoretical values were within + 3% ,the relative standard deviations were lower than 0.300%, implying this method had higher accuracy and precision.
