摘要
以硅胶固载硫酸钛 (Ti(SO4 ) 2 /SiO2 )催化合成对羟基苯甲酸乙酯 ,考察了催化剂活性及最佳工艺条件。Ti(SO4 ) 2 在硅胶载体上的合适负载量为 2 0 % ,对羟基苯甲酸用量 0 1mol,适宜的醇酸摩尔比为 3 :1,固载催化剂用量为 1 2g ,115℃下回流反应 3h ,酯化率达 91 6%。
The synthesis of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate catalyzed by titanic sulfate supported on silica gel was studied.The catalytic activity and the optimum conditions were investigated.The supported titanic sulfate was 20%;the yield was 91.6% when 0.1mol p-hydroxybenzoic acid was reacted with 0.3mol ethanol for 3h at 115℃ under catalyzing with 1.2g catalyst.
