摘要 以Ti(SO_4)_2/SiO_2为催化剂催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯。该催化剂活性高,选择性好,易分离,反应时间短,是一种环境友好催化剂。考察了影响酯化反应的各种因素,确定了最佳合成工艺条件:Ti(SO_4)_2负载量10%,柠檬酸0.1 mol,正丁醇0.39 mol,催化剂1.2 g,反应温度145℃,反应时间2.5 h。此条件下,柠檬酸的转化率达96.5%,产品收率99%。 The tri - n - butyl citrate was synthesized with Ti(SO4)2/SiO2 as catalyst. Ti(SO4)2/SiO2 was an environmental friendly catalyst with high activity, excellent selectivity, easy separation, and short reaction time. The effects of reaction conditions on esterification were investigated. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: supported titanium sulfate 10% , citric acid 0.1 mol , n - butanol 0.39 mol, amount of catalyst 1.2 g, reaction temperature 145 ℃ , reaction time 2.5 h. The esterification rate of the above reaction was up to 96.5% and the yield of tri - n - butyl citrate was 99 % .
