摘要
介绍了采用直接酯化法合成尼泊金乙酯的方法，讨论了反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量及带水剂的循环使用对收率的影响，指出用９５％工业乙醇代替无水乙醇直接生产尼泊金乙酯是完全可行的。最佳工艺条件为对羟基苯甲酸：９５％工业乙醇：苯：浓硫酸（ｍｏｌ）＝１∶４∶２∶０．３８，反应时间为４ｈ．
Synthetic method with direct esterification for ethyl p-hydroxy-benzoate (nipagin B)is described,effects of reaction time,material ratio,amount of catalyst and reuse of water-carrying agent on yield are discussed, and it is pointed out that it is feasible to substitute anhydrous ethanol withindustrial one with purity of 95%,Optimum process condition is that p- hydroxybenzoic acid∶95% industrial ethanol∶benzene∶concentrated sulfuricacid (mol ratio)=1∶4∶2∶0.38, reaction time is 4 h.
