摘要
运用相转移催化技术,以四丁基氯化铵(TBAC)为催化剂,采用亲核取代反应合成对羟基苯甲酸正丁酯。用薄层色谱法跟踪反应过程,柱色谱法分离、纯化产品。用气相色谱法作定量分析,考察反应物的物料比、催化剂种类、用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素。通过正交试验优化合成工艺条件,确定了最佳反应条件,产品产率为91.44%,纯度为94.7%。
Utilizing the phase transfer catalysis with tetrabutylammonium chloride (TBAC) as catalyst,Butylp-hydroxybenzate was synthesized by the Nucleophilic Substitution Reaction (NSR). The reaction processing was tracked by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC). The Column Chromatography (CC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) were respectively applied for the separation,purification and quantitative analysis of product. In the processing,the effect factors of the initial ratio of substrates,amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. Through orthogonal experiment,the optimum reaction conditions were established. The yield of product was up to 91.44% and the purity was 94.7%.
