摘要
目的 :了解护士的职业承诺。方法 :对 42 6名护士进行职业承诺的问卷调查。数据分析主要有多元回归分析等。结果 :职业承诺问卷用于护士群体是可行的。年龄、学历及医院的规模对职业承诺有影响 ,年龄大的护士规范承诺高 ,学历高的护士情感承诺降低 ,大医院的护士代价承诺高。职业承诺对员工的心理行为的影响表现为对职业满意度、组织承诺、组织公民行为、工作绩效有促进作用 ;
Objective:To know occupational commitment of nurses.Method: All of 426 staff nurses from three hospitals in Wuhan were interviewed by occupational commitment questionnaire. And multiple regression analyses were used in this data. The reliablility and validity of occupational commitment questionnaire for nurses is reasonable.Result: Demographic variables such as age, education level have an influence on occupational commitment.There are significant positive effects of occupational commitment on career satisfaction, organizational citizen behavior, organizational commitment and job performance . Occupational commitment is a good predictor of organizational turnover intention and occupational turnover intention.
